Incanto's wine list is comprised almost entirely of Italian wines, many of which are probably unfamiliar to you.  For this reason, we would like to provide a brief introduction to Incanto's wine program.

Italy has the most recognizable shape of any country in the world. But we must remember that Italy is a small country, less then three-quarters the size of California. In spite of its size, Italy is rivaled only by France as the world's largest wine producer.

This list is organized by type of wine (sparkling, white, red, etc.), then geographically, from north to south of Italy. This format takes into account the style, as the Alps-influenced weather of Northern Italy plays an important role in determining the quality of a particular vintage, while the Mediterranean climate of Central and Southern Italy means that grapes usually don't have trouble maturing. Italy's classic, noble wines, including Barolo, Barbaresco, Brunello and Chianti Classico, have their own pages and are also arranged by village.

In addition to wines by the bottle, we offer a dynamic program of wines by the glass, organized by style of wine and providing 20 to 25 wines by the glass, half-glass, half-liter, as well as themed flights for experiencing several wines together.

The most important aspect of Incanto's wine program is that at the end of it you enjoy a good glass of wine. We are available to guide you to the wine that best suits your taste.  Please don't hesitate to ask for help from our staff if we can be of assistance.
