A sagra is an Italian country festival that celebrates a particular seasonal food. In Italy, virtually every country town holds a sagra celebrating something: asparagus, cherries, mushrooms, pinenuts, and too many other foods to list. Our three Summer Sagra dinners, celebrating melons, basil and figs, concluded on Monday August 30 -- thank you to all those who attended! Please stay tuned for upcoming special dinners later this year.
